- Properly remove old sod, weeds, stones, organics, and anything that should not be there.
- We can help you calculate the amount of sod required
- Analyze the current drainage conditions, irrigation options, and regular rainfall ranges for your area to ensure the new sod gets the water it needs.
- Break up the soil to an appropriate depth, remove any stones, roots, or other debris, then rake the area smooth.
- Supply and add any topsoil needed.
- Herbicide treatment if needed.
- Ensure the foundation is consistent and solid, and no sink-holes will develop.
